How soon can I sign up?
You can sign up today and open your dashboard right away. You cannot book a visit yet, and most care systems are not ready to use. Scheduling starts when our Florida studios open.
Do I need insurance?
No. We don’t work with insurance — this is how we can offer reasonable, transparent prices. You can pay with a credit card, FSA, or HSA. Your membership may be HSA/FSA eligible; confirm with your plan administrator.
What’s included in my membership?
When studios open, your membership includes annual x-rays, unlimited exams, unlimited Swiss Airflow cleanings, and unlimited custom take-home whitening with gel refills. There are no copays or deductibles for these core services. Add-ons such as cavity healing, periodontal therapy, clear aligners, retainers, and night guards will be available at member pricing. Unlimited services are subject to clinical approval and eligibility.
How is whitening done?
Whitening is done at home with custom trays made from a 3D scan of your teeth and professional whitening gel. Gel refills are included in your membership, subject to clinical approval.
What’s the difference between a cleaning and periodontal therapy?
A Swiss Airflow cleaning is routine preventive care and is included with membership. Periodontal therapy is a deeper treatment for active gum disease and is priced separately.
What if I need additional treatment?
We offer add-on services focused on proactive care: no-drill cavity healing, periodontal therapy, clear aligners, retainers, and night guards. We don’t do restorative dentistry such as root canals, crowns, or implants. If you need that care, we’ll share your x-rays and help you connect with a specialist.
Do you offer retainers?
Yes. Custom retainers are made from a 3D scan of your bite, in clear or traditional styles, for $149.
The price seems too good to be true?
We don’t take insurance, and we invest in the care that keeps your mouth healthy. Those savings are passed on in the membership price.
